Classes and Workshops
All classes involve a free online consultation for new clients which is held for up to 30 minutes via Zoom. This is an opportunity for me to understand your training goals, whilst you can ask any questions you have "face-to-face".
Classes provide structure and digestible knowledge. We all have good and bad days, so do our dogs! By joining a class, you will be able to work through any roadblocks in a supportive community of people going through the same process as you.
Why sign up to a class/workshop?
According to peer-reviewed studies, puppies who go to classes in their first year of life display less undesirable behaviours as adults, particularly aggression
When you have a busy lifestyle, making time to train your puppy/dog can feel difficult. A class gives you a dedicated 45 mins-1 hour in the week where you can guarantee you are able to focus on your companion's success
You learn how to teach your dog new things - opening up the door to teaching them all sorts of tricks and useful behaviours throughout their life!
In a class/workshop environment, you will feel part of a community of others going through the same process as you, reminding you that you are not alone in your training journey
Classes ensure you and your dog can build on skills over time, just as we would have done at school. Long-lasting results don't happen overnight!
All classes and workshops are run for up to 1 hour weekly starting at Parklands Community Centre, GL52 5PR.
A fantastic opportunity to safely introduce training skills to different environments.
